With release of Version 6.6 onwards You can access tally data from any browser and some 28 reports including balance sheet, profit and loss account, outstanding details and ledger voucher details . You can export any report in PDF.

Your business data stays with you locally, and is never stored on Tally.NET servers or on systems accessing that data via Remote Access. With the help of this service you can easily manage your business on the move. CA can use audit services using your Tally.Net.
INTEGRATED SUPPORT SERVICES –SUPPORT CENTRE
Integrated within TallyPrime and Shoper9, this new feature enables the users to report and track their queries from within the product. The queries you raise go directly to your regular service provide or any other service provider and get immediate solutions to all your queries. The queries can be reported and viewed remotely; you can then use the reference number to escalate the issue to Tally’s Customer Center in case you need to.
SELF-SERVICE USING CONTROL CENTRE
The Control Center enables users to centrally configure and administer Site/ User belonging to an account. Thus the Control Center acts like an interface between the user and TallyPrime installed at your different sites.
